– If the customer changes her/his mind regarding the goods she/he bought, she/he has the right to return the products and ask for a full refund within 7 working days after receiving the parcel.
– This will only be possible if the goods are unopened and in perfect condition.
– The cost of the returning shipping will be paid by the customer!
– The customer has the right to ask for a refund or other products for the same price. If the customer decides for a refund she/he will receive it, only after ”Dyra Luxe” receives the products unopened and in perfect condition!
– If when ”Dyra Luxe” receives the products and they are opened, used or resealed, the customer won’t receive the refund (and will only get the same products back if she/he pays for another shipment).
– If when the customer receives their products and she/he notices that one or many of them are damaged during the shipment, the customer needs to contact ”Dyra Luxe” immediately and give evidence of the damage. If the damage is real, the customer will receive a shopping voucher.
– If receiving the wrong item, contact us within 24hours and we will resend the wanted product.
-If an item is missing from your order you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your query via email to [email protected] including evidence pictures. ”Dyra Luxe” will make sure to deal with the problem as soon as they can.
MYSTERY BOX: No returns or exchanges (except damage): These boxes are final sale. No returns for not liking what is in the box. You can not exchange one item in the box for something else. If an item arrives damaged we’ll replace it with the same item or something comparable.
