Shipment processing time

Usually all orders are shipped the same day we receive them (before 1pm BST) or in the next working day (after 1pm BST)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You can choose the delivery company you want your parcel to be shipped with. For UK: Royal Mail, Hermes or UPS and for the rest of the world: Royal Mail and UPS. If you want to use another shipping company, contact us before placing the order.

We also provide same day shipping services for areas such as Newcastle, Sunderlans, Houghton-Le-Spring, Durham, Seaham, Washington, Gateshead, only  if the order is placed before 11AM (BST).

Delivery delays can occasionally ocur.
